- Wynwood 25 – http://www.wynwood25.com/ – In a sea of apartment projects, at a first glance, Wynwood 25 may appear to fit into the same bucket as most of its competitors. Set in the creative and artsy Wynwood setting, this 279-rental building is specifically targeted to millennials who care very little about space and very much about functionality. With units as small as 400 sq. ft., residents will appreciate the luxurious kitchens and 10’ ceilings that are included. Unique, on-site amenities include a yoga studio, collaborative work centers, dog wash, landscaped rooftop terrace and barbeque.
